There are two slips, #70 and #71 for sale in Lakeside Harbour Dockominiums. $25K each. Includes use of common area (park, pool, pump out, bath house with toilets and showers.

There are like 15 slips for sale there this year...crazy.

There was a turn over like this 6+ years ago too.  As we all get older, a family's wants/needs/interests change.
