Bimini Cover
« on: October 12, 2011, 08:52:35 AM »
Anyone have a recommendation for a local company that sells Bimini Tops?  I had some vandalism/theft and they ripped the cover which now needs to be replaced.  Thanks!

Great work at a reasonable price.  He repaired our Bimini top last summer and repaired a bunch of canvas snaps as well.  They're just west of Allenton with easy access to Hwy 41.

If you are willing to tow your boat to West Bend, there is a guy there that is by far the cheapest. Good quality stuff. I will try to find out his information for you. Many of our friends take their boats there, but he will only do it with the boat at his place so he can do the best job.

That's Ace Canvas. He did the work on my (now Ryan's) Wellcraft.

Thanks Paul. That place is a big reason of why I want a trailer! One friend got an entire canvas (nicely done by the way) for $800. Another friend had his done somewhere else for $5000 (and I thought it was crappy..which apparantly they did too since they had it altered by ACE!!).

I haven't, but I've used New Canvas & Marine Supplies.  Good work, good people.  Family owned.  Son has now taken over for parents.

I'm going to give Ace a shot... they seem to be highly recommended and they're $100 shy of one half the price of Marine Tops.

Try them..  This was the old Anchor Interiors that was located out on 41 and Jackson Street in Oshkosh.. ‎

I had my last 2 boats there for canvas, I was pleased...

Ah... I'll give them a shot first to come close to Ace's price. West Bend is far from here, and my boat is stored within 5 miles of Van Dyne... would be a LOT more convenient!

Thanks Brad.
